Returns for Defects or Problems:

If your item arrives defective or malfunctioning, we will gladly offer you a full refund without requiring you to return the item.

To receive a refund, simply send us a clear photo of the defect or problem to info@techtaticfrontier.com. Once we have reviewed the photo and verified the issue, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important:

• This policy applies to defects and problems that render the item unusable as intended. It does not cover minor cosmetic imperfections, change of mind, or intentionally caused damage. For change of mind incidents, we might offer you a partial refund, as a change of mind is not a defect or problem.
• We reserve the right to request the return of the item for inspection at our expense if we suspect fraudulent activity or intentional damage. Refunds will not be granted for items with intentionally caused damage.
• This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be processed after 30 days.
• For hygiene reasons, some items (e.g., earrings) may not be eligible for this return policy. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
